"It was 3rd times the charm for Philadelphia lovebirds Kara and Dean and their 2020 wedding. Due to COVID restrictions, their wedding went from a May Philadelphia wedding for 200 guests to a July Baltimore wedding with the same count, to finally a mini wedding for 48 guests in the Maryland countryside." - Glamour & Grace  Fast forward to the fall of 2021 when they finally get the party they've waited so long for.  The rain couldn't put a damper on this celebration.
